IMPORTANT NOTICE
Duties may vary depending on destination, declared value, and local customs regulations. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to accept any applicable import duties and related charges.
IMPORT DUTIES & PAYMENT TERMS
Import duties and taxes are mandatory for all international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchase, before shipment, subject to a 10% processing fee.
After the order is placed, POWRPOWR will contact the customer via email to confirm the customs declaration value and estimated import duties.
If the customer chooses not to proceed with the import duty payment after confirmation, the order will not be refunded. Instead, the full amount paid will be issued as a store credit, e-voucher, for future purchases.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
A 10% processing and operational fee will be deducted from any approved cancellation.
Orders that have been shipped or are in transit are not eligible for cancellation.
NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale items or discounted purchases
- Items purchased using vouchers or gift cards
- Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or bundled intimate items
- Items not in original condition, without tags, or without original packaging
- Items showing any signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage
RETURN & REFUND LIMITATION
We do not accept returns or refunds based on subjective reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Dissatisfaction with style, fit, or appearance
All product details, images, and sizing information are provided to support informed purchasing decisions.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility
Requests must be submitted within:
- 48 hours for Vietnam orders
- 14 days for international orders
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with full tags and packaging. Proof of purchase and a clear unboxing video are required.
Conditions
- Each item is eligible for one exchange only
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and related costs, including duties if applicable
- Original shipping fees and processing fees are non-refundable
Price Difference
- If exchanging for a higher value item, the customer pays the difference
- If exchanging for a lower value item, no refund will be issued
The remaining balance may be:
- Applied toward shipping fees
- Issued as a store credit, e-voucher, for future purchases
DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY
If an item arrives in defective condition, please notify us within:
- 48 hours for Vietnam orders
- 14 days for international orders
A clear unboxing video is required.
Defective items will be exchanged for a non-defective item. If the replacement item is also defective, the customer may be eligible for an additional exchange or refund.
Refunds apply to the product value only, excluding shipping and fees, unless both items are defective. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
