SHIPPING RULES & PROCESS

Once your order is completed, all information submitted during checkout will be reviewed and verified before processing.

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable even after an order has been confirmed. If this happens, the unavailable item will be cancelled and refunded within 2-5 business days.

Please allow approximately 24-72 hours for order processing and verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING SERVICE

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE

• Express shipping is currently unavailable.
• Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or lack of recipient response are not eligible for a refund.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• If the address is incomplete or incorrect and the customer does not respond to our contact attempts, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are fully responsible for all applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes, and local fees imposed by their destination country.

These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of POWRPOWR's control. Customs charges may not be included at checkout.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand possible charges and import requirements.

If an order is refused because of customs charges, the parcel may be considered abandoned by the shipping carrier. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected.

Please review your delivery address, contact details, selected items, sizes, and colors carefully before completing payment.

PARTIAL SHIPPING

Some orders may be delivered in separate shipments when certain items are completed and ready before others.

This allows available items to be dispatched sooner instead of waiting for the entire order to be ready.

If you request a return or refund for an item that has already been partially shipped, return shipping fees may apply.

LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES

Packages that are returned because they were not received by the recipient are not eligible for a refund.

POWRPOWR is not responsible for parcels that may become lost while in transit. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking status and following delivery notifications.
