- As long as your order has not been shipped, you may request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase.
- Please contact us as soon as possible at support@powrpowr.com and include your order number. Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent.
- A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total payment.
- For pre-orders that have not been shipped after the estimated production timeframe, you may cancel your order. The full amount paid will be issued as store credit, e-voucher.
- If your order has already been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further assistance.
