IMPORT DUTIES & PAYMENT TERMS<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n Import duties and taxes are mandatory for all international orders and are the customer\u2019s responsibility.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

\r\n Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchase, before shipment, subject to a 10% processing fee.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

\r\n After the order is placed, POWRPOWR will contact the customer via email to confirm the customs declaration value and estimated import duties.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

\r\n If the customer chooses not to proceed with the import duty payment after confirmation, the order will not be refunded.\r\n Instead, the full amount paid will be issued as a store credit, e-voucher, for future purchases.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

\r\n A 10% processing and operational fee will be deducted from any approved cancellation.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

\r\n Orders that have been shipped or are in transit are not eligible for cancellation.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

        • Each item is eligible for one exchange only<\/li>\r\n
        • Customers are responsible for all shipping and related costs, including duties if applicable<\/li>\r\n

          • If exchanging for a higher value item, the customer pays the difference<\/li>\r\n

              DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY<\/h2>\r\n
